Who We Are Venetia Hamilton & Associates was established in 2002 to provide an on-call HR service to small and medium sized enterprises who may not require the services of a full-time HR executive, but from time to time may encounter HR issues and would benefit from the advice of a skilled and experienced practitioner. New companies starting up expecting to employ significant numbers of staff will also benefit from experienced advice on HR policies & procedures that may reduce the possibility of industrial relations conflicts in the future. We also offer executive coaching and psychometric testing to aid with recruitment and/or development.
