Venetia Hamilton has been providing Human Resources Consultancy services since 2002. Up to this date she had gained over 10 years experience in senior HR management roles within the service industry, in both union and non-unionised environments. Since 2002, she has worked with a variety of SME’s, providing everything from totally outsourced HR to recruitment & selection, training & development, Executive Coaching, designing policies and procedures, computerising HR records, handling conflict, specific HR projects etc. Venetia is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Executive Coaching. She is also qualified to administer Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi) and 16PF.

Venetia also works with a number of associates who have proven ability in HR related areas, including specialist training, coaching and health and safety.
